I am 37 years old female and around 2 month I have vomiting continue 1or2 times daily, when I do some household work then I have head spinning dizziness (sir ghumne lagta h) ,or (sath hi bhuk bhi nhi lgti )don't even feel hungry, and also mouth taste what should I do please help me.
