Is it safe to take sildenafil ip 100 mg? If a person is making first intercourse. Or is it harmful for body?

Hello lybrate-user. If you do not have any difficulty in having erection of penis, I would suggest you to not take sildenafil. If you do not have any heart disease, or on blood pressure medicines, it is considerably safe, but it can have some side effects like headache, some difficulty or blurring of colour vision, etc. But these are temporary.
