I am feeling brain fog. I couldn't concentrate properly sometimes on studies or in conversation I just feel blocking while processing information. I am very prone of forgetfulness I am also feeling meniere or vertigo like. Feeling I couldn't sometimes listen clearly.

You don't have to unnecessarily undergo any tests. If you have symptoms of vertigo, you can get your ears checked by an ent specialist.
