I've 100 kg weight. I'm a 25 years old man. My height is 185 cm. Please mentioned proper diet plan to reduce weight .and to reduce flesh chrom chin and chest.

Permanent solution: need a proper diet plan. I know, you know that. With that plan, add few little things --- 1. Add vegetables (raw or cooked) in you diet more than roti/rice/else. 2. Take vegetables before meal, not after meal. 3. Try to have veg diet for 30 days.(optional) 4. Always take luke warm water, not cold at all. That's all. You will feel difference.
