I have done rct of my two teeth 3 years back right now one of my teeth cause lots of pain when I was eat hard thing is rct is not a permanent solution? Why my teeth pain again.

Rct can be a permanent solution but it should be done correctly. Cause of pain may be due to root resorption. It will be clear from a radiograph or a rvg.

There can be many reasons for rc treated tooth to cause pain. Reinfection, improper shaping and cleaning of root canals, incomplete root canal treatment, fractured filling with micro-leakage etc. Can cause pain. Dentist will decide the cause of pain by clinical and radiographical (x-ray) examination and will do the treatment accordingly.
