Hi I had done steam inhalation directly from stove without offing gas so it means I have also inhaled the gases like nitrogen oxide, carbon monoxide etc .this type of steam inhalation I have done for almost 45 days daily thrice .now I am worried if at all I have inhaled any carcinogenic gases and develop cancer or any other respiratory problems .plz reply.
