Dear doctor, my doctor said me to take progesterone for 10 days, as I have vaginal bleeding in between periods. Do I have to take those, as it is hormone therapy medicine, I am scared it may harm my body. Last time, this discharge with blood, came until the day I got periods and after the period ends of went off .nearly 10 days before periods I got this discharge .i do not have thyroid. I do not have abdominal pain ,no foul smell discharge, no pain in urination. The discharge looks like the discharge I used to get before beginning of menses. But I don't know why it is prolonged and why I have less periods. Last period cycle, I got this same problem. As it got repeated the 2nd time I am in worry kindly suggest me some natural way to get over this problem.
