Hello doc. I've pimples in my vaginal area .i don't know what to name it looks like pimple (just like on face) on the labia majora the hairy part (not inside vagina) however it doesn't pain (mostly but sometimes it does when it's filled with pus) it's just pops and subsided itself. I have my menses on time and not sexually active. Secondly my groin area very much dark than my normal complexion very very dry gives a whitish dry/scaly appearance. It's been quite a time around 6-8 months i'm not using any intimate washing products/cream or gel. Since then i'm trying to maintain proper hygiene but why is this problem is it normal?
