Not coming sleep and I only sleep 5 hour in night and my problem is that I continuously swallowing saliva every 2 minute swallowing because of that I can't sleep pls help me why I do like this and in my home wall paint work are going does because of paint does it happen or what the problem I can't understand pls pls tell.

If this problem started after paint work at home, then that can be the reason. I need details of case. In the meanwhile follow this 1. Do saline gargles daily (preferably twice). 2. Whenever possible do steam inhalation also. 3. Cover your nose and mouth with hanky for at least 30 sec when you go in dusty areas also when you go in and out of ac. As our nose is the most sensitive part of our body, when there is temperature difference between two rooms or inside n outside, then if we not protect our nose, it gets affected. 4. Dear lybrate-user, as your history suggests, paint work could trigger allergy rx, so it might be your body's rx to it. I would recoomendsaty away from paint as far as possible and take some antihistaminics for some time. Feel free to discuss it further.
