Hello doctor, I am 28 married, my ths 5.6 and prolactin is 27.7 my feet4&t3 is normal. My doctor said tsh is on borderline n do not need medicines it will get fine when my prolactin wil reduce. My period is irregular from 2-3 months like sometime 50 days n another time 36 days my gyno suggested tab cabgolin 0.25 for one month, one tab once a week. But I do not have very high prolactin nor do I have any breast milk issue. Shall I take this medicines? P.s: please answer do not tell me for online consultation my financial issue is low plz.

Hello if you taken cabgolin one month then stop it and after three months of last test get done your thyroid profile if still tahts high then you need to take treatment and mean while don't increase your weight have a regular walk.

Yes take cabergolin as prescribed. And after three months repeat tsh and prolactin.
