I m 24 yrs old, height 169 cm, weight 68 kg, i wish to do body building and reduce my belly fat, but due to job constraints i can't go regularly to gym, please suggest a diet plan by which i can cut down my belly fat and build a good physique even with irregular gyming schedule.
