Hi sir. Thanks for your replymy eating habits are just normal. In breakfast .i take one glass of milk. And some change and almonds. (after workout). In lunch I prefer dal. With rice and in dinner some vegetable. 3 glass milk per day. With some snacks (ased on availability). And I doing lots of water also. No addiction of any cigarettes or drinking. Simply pure vegetarian.

I would suggest you to add some fruits in your diet. And in snacks if you having any kind of fried snack then you should avoid it.
