I have taken Vitamin-D 25-hydroxy and the result came out was 8.1ng/mL. Whether it is deficient or normal?

The normal level is 20-50ng/ml. Less than 20ng/ml is considered deficient. Consult physician for advice

Hello, A level of 20 nanograms/milliliter to 50 ng/mL is considered adequate for healthy people. A level less than 12 ng/mL indicates vitamin D deficiency. Now you are at deficient level so need to take more vitamin D, suppllements.
