Yes, if you're having normal, health pregnancy without any complications, sex is totally safe right up to the day of delivery. It won't hurt the baby as it is protected with amniotic fluid and blocked by cervix. You shouldn't have sex with certain conditions like placenta previa or if the membrance reputed (when water breaks).
