She is 10 years old, day before yesterday a cat has bitten her on her toes and she started bleeding a little bit so she took a tetanus injection for that. But is it necessary to take rabies injection also?

Yes, this is a category 3 bite, and she must take the full course of rabies vaccination as soon as possible. If she had taken the vaccination earlier, doses may vary. Cats can have the rabies virus on their saliva, or in contact with other animals and the cat itself may not show any signs or symptoms themselves. Rabies is fatal in humans if once the symptoms begin so do take precautions very seriously.
