seven years is a very long time and melmet not to be taken by all pcos. there are specific indications

if it's not working we need to see for other reasons and treat accordingly

Yes you can conceive while taking that tablet. Exercise and diet control also helps in pco patients. If it has been 7 years I suggest go for further infertility treatment.
