I have been feeling like doing nothing these days. I know what I have to do but I don't have the motivation for it and thus even after I am in front of my laptop, I end up doing nothing and abandoning the task for next day. I feel like just be on bed and do nothing the whole day. Not even the tasks I love to do. I also read something about dopamine levels in the brain and some medications like l tyrosine to help produce dopamine in our brain which gives us attention and motivation to do something but haven't tried it yet. What should I do?
