As earlier you replied, my sister is suffering from only anemia, yes our doctor first preferred bone marrow but none matched, my brothers hla test matched ratio 4/6, so my doctor said that we can go through atg treatment, due to covid we are unable to take that now so need to know chances of recovery and also if there is any problem if this treatment goes late due to covid, can you recommend any other solutions are there.
