I am not conceive naturally after 3 years of marriage. Only one time I conceive september 2019 when Dr. give me one tablet consevel for 1 month. That time I conceive and in ultrasound no cardiac activity was seen till 10 week. Dr. told me that was missed abortion. And I aborted through d &e method december 2019. After that I have nt conceive right now. Before 1 month 1 doctor have suggested me to take medicine ovacare forte a+b and folmet for 3 months. All the blood test are normal .and ultrasound are normal .so please suggest me whether these medicine will helpful for me. For conceiving? What are the reasons behind missed abortion? Can I conceive naturally?

For conception by naturally 3 things are needed- your ovary (checked by AMH and AFC), your tubes (checked by HSG) and your husband's semen. So you need to check all of these before getting the answer. Please continue folic acid as it is needed for brain development of the baby. Now your age is 29, which is OK, because the most important factor which decides the chance of conception is the age. Now regarding previous miscarriage, most of the women will not have the same mishap again but some may have recurrence. however, after the first miscarriage, we do not recommend any investigations.

You can further wait for 3 months for natural conception if all reports are normal 5 to 10 percent of all natural conceptions can lend up in abortion. So single abortion is not a matter of concern. So try naturally for for further 3 mths without stress.

Hi you can take medicines as suggested by your doctor there are so many causes of abortions you will concieve don't worry sometimes it may take time for natural conception can wait for 3 months then it should be investigated want to see your ultrasound follicular study can contact me on lybrate ok.
