Hi i'm 22 years old I had spotting for five days then spotting changed to bleeding for about 12 days after that it stopped for 2 days and now i'm having again bleeding but this time bleeding is more I am having acne pain in lower back pelvic pain and joint pain and it's like a period pain. Please help hormonal imbalance? Awr something else? And I had and having bright red coloured spotting and bleeding from the past one month.
