First see if your bp is controlled. Discomfort after using laptop is due to dryness caused by reduced blinking and increased accomodation of the eyes. This is usually called computer vision syndrome. Give occasional interval to the eyes while using laptop. Use any lubricant eye drops frequently. Consult an ophthalmologist to rule out any refractive error and use glasses accordingly. Even if your eyes are normal it is better to use a small hypermetropic power glass while doing online.

Regarding your eye problem this is due to over use of digital devices. These symptom s are typical of this. I will suggest restrict use of lap top, take time out every one hour and look at distance of 20 feet for 20 sec. Main idea is to take break from long sitting in front of laptop. This causes dry eye too for that use lubricating drops like tear plus 2-3 times a day for one month. If still no relief then consultation must.
