My kid is 9 years old now. She is going to motion 6-7 times per day. And the motion is in solid form. She took oflomac m forte from last 3 days but her motion isn't cleared and same problem is going on like she goes for motions many times but it seems to be a little not cleared at all and she used to go to the washroom. Till now the problem isn't solved. Please help me with your valuable advice? Can I continue oflomac? Is there any medicine which I can use to treat her? As you know in this pandemic no doctor is available right now for consultation so if i'll get any help from your side i'll be surely very obliged. Kindly help me out if there's any information which I should follow beside taking a personal consultation. thank you in advance.

Sir, I do not think that anyone has prescribed oflomac m forte for this specific complication. If I am right, then I will request you not to use antibiotics of your choice without any physician's advice. Its a medicine for diarrhoea. And the symptoms of your child as per your details are not of diarrhoea. Rather incomplete bowel clearence is she has any associated symptoms like tummy ache at night or nausea? If not, then she may be lacking fibres in her food. Review with reports and stop the medicine because this medicine can cause constipation which will be more devastating for your child according to my opinion.?
