I am 55 years old, I have a white patch lesion under my tongue from last 2 years, it is quite painful in morning after I wake up. I stopped using tobacco 7- 8 years ago. I am also diabetic. Doc suggested biopsy but I am afraid of it, kindly suggest any other useful method to cure this at home or with some oral medication.

It is better to get biopsy done. Atleast, both you and the doctor will know what the lesion is, so that proper treatment can be done. Take care.
