Hello. I had brown discharge yesterday night. And from today morning I am having periods I am advised to take letrozole 2.5 mg for 5 days for ovulation induction. Previous month I was told to take clomifene but I got menses yesterday, so now from day 3 I am supposed to start this medication how to consider day 3? Yesterday is considered as day 1? Or from today? How is success rate of letrozole compared to clomifene! kindly guide me.
