Salamalaikum. Dr�!my name is noman im 35 years old. 4 days ago I had constipation. Due to it I passed very hard stool, after that I was having pain in rectum and anal area. Burning sensation throughout the day. I consulted a surgeon in hospital, specialist of this disease. He prescribed me cycin 500 mg, flagyl,bessafam and naprosyn tablets. After having medicine I am feeling little better than earlier. But today its second day of having medicine. I just passed stool in the morning but I saw minor blood in stool, when I was constipated the blood didn't come. But now as I am feeling better I saw blood in stool. Very minor blood mixed in stool. Pls tell me should I stop having these tablets? What does it indicates? Is it a sign of treatment or is it getting worse internally? I am applying anusol ointment also.
