No , Venusia cream is comedogenic cream and it will flare up pimples (Venusia lotion is non comedogenic ) and santoor is not recommended for pimples. You can use good Salicylic acid facewash for acne.

Dear lybrate-user venusia is a moisturiser and does not reduce pimples. On the contrary, it can cause or aggravate acne. Santoor or any soap will not cause pimples per se, but can cause dryness. So a good light non comedogenic moisturiser is recommended after using these soaps.
