Hard to explain. Sometimes once in a while I use to click that area if it felt umfortable but never caused a problem. But I have only just recovered from anktehr foot pain. It use to hurt when walking on the same foot on top of it at the top area and when pointing foot up. So I am thinking am I just overusing my foot? I have ran about 22k just under a week which my body might not be used to as I was injured and working myself back up again. Also, I do not eat a lot at the moment if that is relevant?
