Apply toothpaste on teeth for 15 to 20 minutes then apply toothpaste on your tooth brush and do brushing.

Medicated rooth pastes doesn't foam too much
take a peanut size paste apply gently to all your tooth, wait for 20 seconds and wet your tooth brush and gemtly brush your teeth don ot forget to use mouth wash after brushing.

Hello lybrate-user. Hydent pro is medicated paste generally prescribed for sensitive teeth. Although it's better foaming so others can also use it. You can apply the paste taking it a pea sized twice and apply it with finger all over the tooth surfaces leave it for 4-5 minutes then wet your brush and start brushing the paste you have applied along with the brush will form foam. Brush for 2-3 mins then rinse.

Hey there, take a small amount of toothpaste. Like a small pea sized and apply it on outer and inner surfaces of all your teeth. Wait for 5 minutes and then brush as you do. Use this paste twice daily for brushing initially for 10 days. Then use it only at night for 10 days. Then on alternate days or twice a week for next 10 days. Discontinue use after this. If you feel sensitivity then reuse but give atleast an interval of 1 month and then increase the use duration gap. Use a soft or ultrasoft toothbrush amd brush twice regularly. Don't use it for regular basis. Only use if your doctor has prescribed it. U can apply it with your finger with gentle messaging. Leave it for 10 mints and wash it off. Do not eat or drink for 20 mints after that. Thank you.

Hello lybrate-user hydent pro is a fluoridated toothpaste if you use it in large amounts this may stain your teeth and also if you swallow this in large amount it is dangerous using take small amount and apply on your teethandgums wait for 5-10 mins and brush it normally but do use it with your dentist recommendation only I dnt suggest to use this.

Just Take A pea Sized Amount And Put It On Your Teeth For Two Minutes, Then Take Your Wet Brush And Brushing In Avery Light And Circular Motion Strokes. And Rinse Thoroughly.
