My mother 61 years old, suffering from osteoarthritis, hyperthyroidism and moderately high blood sugar level, who recently underwent gallstones surgery has been feeling nauseous and since 2 days back has started vomiting. She is experiencing spinning head sensation. She has never experienced these symptoms before and now is not able to eat anything solid. Please can you suggest what the next steps should be given that it is difficult to go to a hospital/medical tests in light of the location.
