I am male, age 33 suffering from severe myalgia encephalomyelitis (me) since last two years. Acute onset after dengue infection in june 2018. before dengue I was perfectly fine and was working in it for full time. Now I am completely bedbound due to my severe me. Its basically neuro-immuno disorder. I have tested my dengue igg and igm antibodies which are positive. Csf dengue pcr is negative but it shows elevated proteins and lymphocytes. This indicates post-infection inflammation. Me is caused due to post inflammatory damage to brainstem and autonomic nervous system. I want to give a try for antiviral. So which antiviral and other medicines I should try?
