Do warm salty water rinses 5-6 times a day. Hold warm salty water on the side where tooth is coming for 1 min, then spit. It will help in relieving pain. If pain is acute, take pain killer and visit nearby dentist. Need to check the position of wisdom tooth with xray. If not straight you might need to get it removed.
