Mam my both hands finger dry and crack after using moisturizer it well some time and 2 or three months I use salicylic acid 6 % now from 3 months my hand finger swollen and skin is our from last 3 months. When we advice with general physician he gave two week antibiotic and antifungal tabs after two week he gave me terbinafine 250 mg twice a day and cetrizine 5 mg mg once and one multivitamins tab. My hands condition 90 percent better now. Mam how long I use terbinafine 250 mg. I also take advice dermatitis he say its psoriasis. What I can do now?
