Doctor told me to take test of thyroid on the 2nd day of my menstruation cycle in next month. I was facing problem of spotting for last 10 days. She check me and told me everything is normal it's just hormonal imbalance. And have me pills to take for 10 days. But for next month I am worried about thyroid I don't want to catch it. What can I do in this one month to avoid thyroid if there is any?
