Yes you can. After expiry date efficacy of a medicine goes down. That means the medicine is not as effective after expiry date as it was before. But it is still usable. For example after expiry date 500 milligram of a medicine will not give results as non-expired medicine. It might only give same effect as 250 mg of the medicine. But effect is still present, but to a lower extent. Expiry date simply means that the medicine's effect is not guaranteed after a period of time. Some medicines can be used even years after expiration. While others can't. So it's best to always take non-expired medicines.
