On 8th december (yesterday) at 12: 30 pm I checked my bp on my home omron digital bp monitor it was showing 144/103 just the next moment I checked it was 144/91. At evening 06: 50 I checked it on my apollo home digital bp monitor it was showing 136/85. I am 20 years old, I have although some tensions related career and social life. Never before I had seen such high bp. Can you please suggest me something.
