I'm 21 (m) years old. I have knots (????) in my neck. One is in the middle of the neck on the left side and the other is also on the left side which is below the ear. Both knots are from the last 15 or 20 days. It is a little hard but there is no swelling or pain of any kind. By touching them, they move here and there. They can be in the size from 10 mm to 12 mm. I take medicine for 15 days it doesn't any impact. What could be there? Even I never smoke, drinking and chewing tambakoo. I keep away of intoxicated things. And also not taking fried things last 1.5 months. I'm a student.
