I am having issue in my left wrist since 22 years I had done mri which shows undisplaced non united fracture of base of styloid process ulna. 2. Mycoid degeneration with partial tear of triangular fibrocartilage disc at the ulnar styloid attachment. 3. Degenerative subarticular cystic changes in the scaphoid and lateral aspect of distal end of radius. 4. Tear of extensor carpi ulnaris tendon subsheath with ulnar displacement of extensor carpi ulnaris tendon. Can I operate it. Or should take medicine I am not able to use my hand completely please suggest me pain is happening all the time.
