I had a very small bump on my face. But later turned to be a mid size pimple. With very small opening. It has hard thing inside now (is that pus or what) and not coming on the surface of pimple. What should I do to make it release pus or any dirt inside, if any, if possible. It annoy me. It already left some scars on that place before going away. I have pimple prone skin.

Milia most often appear on the face, commonly around the eyelids and cheeks, though they can occur anywhere. Let?s discuss your problem in detail for better treatment and prevention.
