Respected sir/madam, I am having problem of runny nose and sneezing every year in months of august to september. The problem gets so worst that I am not able to concentrate at workplace and routine life. The longer I remain without medicines I develop tonsils and ultimately fever. I had contacted respected ent doctor for this seasonal allergy and I was advised to take paracetamol thrice a day and monticope once daily at 7 pm for 1 month. I was cured and relieved for the whole year after completing course. But I have again developed same symptoms this year and same time. I take hot steam on alternate days whenever I get time in a day. I gargle with hot salty water daily once. The air conditioner temperature at workplace is 24 degree celsius. Whenever the situation is out of control I take green tea which relives me temporarily. I am currently having montel l which has similar content as that of monticope daily from last 5 days once before dinner. Should I take it twice or stop taking this.
