How can I cure my severe constipation. Constipation happens my often. If I eat tablets it gets fine, otherwise problem do not cure. Pls help?

Constipation is due to the digestive system, where as difficult faces during bowel movement. It's occurs when colon absorb water. Try to take a lots of liquid diet with green vegetables avoid fast food and try to do some exercise (physical activity).
