breast milk will not be there as a ready made store. it will be secreted from blood once you sit and start giving it. give it in a calm room , be comfortable and give milk with full concentration. you can also take drugs to increase milk production. if all attempts fail then consult a lactation expert. do not spoil the baby by giving formula feeds
