I am married since 10 months. I have a pain in my lower abdomen and back at times. Especially after having sex. I even have severe itching in my vagina. My periods are usually regular. I went to apollo cradle jayanagar for treatment, there Dr. Usha checked me and wrote c/o dyspareunia, pain in abdomen, vulval irritation and wdpv in patient history. She examined me and then wrote, p/a- soft, supra pubic tenderness p/s- cx, vulva, vagina healthy p/v- uterus ns, av, ff later she asked me to get an abdomen and pelvic ultrasound scan and urine routine test done. I got it done but the results were all normal and usg showed bilateral pcos. So the doctor said everything is fine no need of medicines. This was on 17th august. I am very unsatisfied with the doctors response. But now my itching has increased and it is very troublesome. I feel like urinating frequently. Please suggest me some medicines or a solution to this.
