I am a hypothyroidism 70 years old patient. I was taking thyrox 50. Now my tsh has come down to 0.058. Now should I stop taking thyrox 50.

Hello, Thanks for the query. Your TSH level should be around 5 mU/L So there is a need to reduce the dosage to 25 mcg per day, then check TSH level after 6 weeks to see if there is a desired change in TSH. Thanks.
