I am suffering from cerebral palsy spastic type for last three years having pain & extreme tenderness in lower back specially in joints & pelvic area. In years 2018 diagnosed sacroiliitis is my problem aggravated due to this problem? I got temporary relief as long as I take pain killer, muscle relaxant & physiotherapy session. I wanted to know is botox injection, therapy is helpful in my case & is it safe pls advice?

Botox injection is helpful in cerebral palsy in children. It won't be useful at this age. You will benefit from physiotherapy sessions. If that is not helpful, then you go for other treatment options.

hi sir, Botox injections is temporary relief for spasticity, better to do Physiotherapy exercises daily for reducing spasticity .
