I am 27 years old male. My urine has semen in it and the epididymis is usually swollen and there is a pain in the vas deferens region. I have left watching pornographic literature but the symptoms persist. Whenever there is swelling in the epididymis (nerve on testicle), pain begins in the vas deferens and the semen is discharged with urine. My digestion is also impaired because of this. Kindly help.
