I have small endometriosis cysts on both the ovaries. N 2-3 patches of adenomyosis in uterus. Had laparoscopic surgery 4 years back for endometriosis. Now doc has recommended dienogest tab n the chemist gave me endoreg 2 mg. Is it ok to have it? Now the problem is that during my periods bleeding has reduced but number of days have increased from 3 to 6. Now this is going to be my 2nd cycle after almost 10 days but severe cramping has started i.e back pain ,lower abdomen pain n fatigue. It looks like endoreg 2 mg is not working much on me. Just leading to increase in weight. Do I need to the diet as well?

They are the same medicines. Place a heating pad or hot water bottle on your lower back or abdomen. Rest when needed. Give yourself a little massage where it hurts. Exercise-- get moving to relieve symptoms. Walking, running, yoga etc. Avoid foods that contain caffeine. Avoid smoking and drinking alcohol (if you do) for this homeopathic treatment is very effective for more details you can consult me.
