I have a lot of itching on both sides of my penis. I see a reddish patch on both the sides and it smells very bad. I apply candid b cream then it's a bit better and sometimes I apply to absorb powder. I maintain a lot of cleanliness but still having issues. Facing this issue since like 10 years now I believe. I too don't remember when it started. 8 have had unsafe sex before my marriage with multiple partners. Kindly suggest.
