Hi, I have a lump behind my ear on the bone because it doesn't feel like a lymph nodes. I researched and I saw that it could be mastoiditis. I was wondering if its because I did my hair a few days ago and the hairstyle is tight and itching and causing dry scalp for me so that be the problem?
