Today I have a little scratch on my lower leg by a friend's cat, a little blood also come out. Should I take rabies vaccine or a tetanus is enough?

If the cat is immunised properly no need of antirabies vaccination. If not wash the area thoroughly with soap and with flowing tap water for 20 mins and take full course of anti rabies vaccination as early as possible. Do not cover the wound with anything (band aid ,leucoplast etc)
