I have had pain and pressure in the pelvic and back area a little blood when I wipe after urinating and I have had little 2 no sleep bc of the pain and pressure can't eat much it makes the pain and pressure worse it seems to becoming from my right lower abdominal can you please help me should I seek medical attention now?
